A one-day free eye screening camp has been organized for police personnel and their families at the SSU Headquarters on July 27, 2024. The camp is organised in collaboration with the digital media network Voice Of Nation (VON) and POB Eye Hospital.
Specialist doctors from POB Eye Hospital will conduct comprehensive eye screenings, and police personnel diagnosed with cataract illness will be offered free surgery at the hospital. DIG Security Dr. Maqsood Ahmed expressed gratitude to the administration and doctors of POB Eye Hospital for their support in conducting the eye screening and providing free cataract surgery.
Emphasizing the importance of police personnel's welfare, DIG Security Dr. Maqsood Ahmed stated, "It is our utmost responsibility to ensure the well-being of our personnel, and this initiative is a step towards that goal."
